Mostotrest Launches Construction Site Preparation for Balashikha and Noginsk Bypasses in Moscow Region
Mostotrest and Avtodor State Company signed an agreement on the implementation of a comprehensive set of works under the Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod – Kazan Highway Construction Project. According to the contract, Mostotrest will prepare the construction site and carry out Stage 1 construction of a new exit to the MRR from the M-7 «Volga» Federal Highway on the segment «MRR - km 60» (the Balashikha and Noginsk bypasses).
The total contract price awarded to Mostotrest through a public tender is RUB13.2 billion (including VAT). Scheduled completion: October 2021.
As part of the project, Mostotrest will perform a number of large-scale tasks, including preparation of a 60 km construction site for the new highway, topographical, geodesic and cadastral survey, and will develop the project documentation. During the preparation of the construction site located in the Moscow region and saturated with communication networks, Mostotrest will carry out a large amount of work to transfer telecommunication and power transmission lines, main oil product and gas pipelines, railway communications, water supply and sanitation systems.
The Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod - Kazan Highway Construction Project is being implemented by the Russian Highways State Company in the framework of the Russian Federation Government Program «Development of the Transport System of Russia».
